>Kiwi Farms, as usual, is playing a dangerous game of being a 1st Amendment crusader platform… while platforming potentially criminal harassment/stalking with possible true threats, with some posts aligning with conspiracy/solicitation to harm Chibi Reviews.

>Taking a controversial stance on fictional content is not illegal in America, but using that as a "reason" to brush up to that line with various users posting content in the grey zone with the intent to harm someone is illegal and not protected by the 1st amendment. Specific users, if they crossed that line, could be criminally liable.

>In this specific instance, a KF user offered $200 gas money for someone to physically drive to Chibi Reviews’ house and put troll images on his door/mailbox. The actual offer occurred on a separate, more unhinged website called Soyjack Party, with a heavy overlap in users. They discussed the best time to "show up" when he is home alone, and made comments about “shooting first, ask later” and hoping he pulls a gun “for the lulz.”

>KF has been platforming this kind of criminal harassment before, with back in 2022, they had KF users doxxing and swatting Keffals, which led to a temporary deplatforming by Cloudflare. Marjorie Taylor Greene was also swatted by a KF user in 2022, and many other instances where the harassment has escalated to real-world suicides.

>Users are protected by anonymous accounts and VPNs, making arrests of specific users extremely difficult… Section 230 provisions also protect the site because KF is merely the publisher of user posts, much like every other social media platform. KF itself won't be liable unless there's evidence that the owners/mods actively participated, encouraged, or failed to act in a way that removes immunity.
