Y'know, most "indie" horror games follow the same pattern, insert cute thing here -> something terrible happens and kids dies -> byproduct of le heckin evil boss -> more shitty lore stuff happens -> you the player return back to said facility to finish the job or whatever as the full game is locked behind having to pay for chapters to unlock more of the story even tho your not even gonna buy it and just let your favorite youtuber play it for you as you just watch it from the screen -> profit

What if there was a "horror game" that was never really a horror game, like a baldi's basics game in which instead of some evil entity being at play, its just a fun and casual edutainment game that always makes you THINK something scary is gonna happen due to the trope its associated with but it never does, it should definitely still have that wacky game charm, it shouldn't feel real, it should feel like a wacky game in a wacky school house where you do wacky math questions with our beloved teacher, Mr. idiocracy or something, its just a well made fun game that teaches math for 4th graders
