It's going to be real interesting when ID is needed to use the internet. A LOT of people are suddenly going to disappear from many corners of the internet overnight. Some people will be shocked by how many underage users are sitting around and making retarded comments. Like think of a world where people under 17 years old simply can't post a comment under a Call of Duty or GTA trailer on YouTube. It's going to slow most of the internet down and some franchises will drop dead and others will become more popular.
