Friends must be involved by both sympathy and action by one another to the point of being moved by what happens to the other friend and feeling an appropriate response based on that, like joy in the friend's success or sadness in the friend's failure. But what does it mean to care about something? To care about something is generally to find it worthwhile or valuable in some way.
>Shared ActivityWhat this means is that the friends do things together, like activites. To share is to do an action with another that is not motivated by self interested, but can be motivated by interest in the other or by a completely unrelated thing/individual. Either way this sharing is crucial for the survival and existence of a friendship as it shows care, as mentioned in paragraph 2.
Now that we know what friendship is, the thing that defines how close a friendship is is not only how frequent that sharing is, presuming of course both parties are happy within that sharing due to the care of one another, but also intimacy. Intimacy is a complicated subject because it doesn't just go for platonic relationships (friendships) but romantic and sexual relationships too, this is a debated topic in philosophy so your view on this may differ from mine. Intimacy is defined a sense of closeness or connection in a relationship, so in a way it's your similarity to that person either on an emotional, mental or physical level although in platonic relationships it will never be physical. The more intimate the relationship, the closer it is. It should be noted that we are not using the word "intimate" to describe sex in this but rather to describe the closeness as I mentioned prior.
Best friends means it's the person you feel are the closest friends, the friends you are the most intimate with without it being a romantic or sexual relationship, meaning when Gigachad says Mario and Luigi are his very best friends, he's showing he feels secure, comfortable, connected and happy with Mario and Luigi on a purely platonic level.
>What does this have to do with media pending approvalMedia pending approval was created due to the intimacy (closeness) between the site's owner/developer (the one who implemented the system) and the site itself, which creates a drive to protect it from harmful actors. When Gigachad mentions mpa, he is creating a connection between his relationship with Mario and Luigi and the relationship between the site's owner and the site, showing he is very protective of Mario and Luigi and wouldn't let anything hurt them. When Gigachad further states, "and it never ends" this shows his unending love for Mario and Luigi, and that he would never stop protecting them, so Gigachad throughout the video is showing how close he is to Mario and Luigi and that he would not let harm come there way.
So in conclusion, media pending approval and mario and luigi being Gigachad's best friends are related in not only the type of relationship (protector and protected), but also in how both the site owner and Gigachad feel in their relationships (happiness, comfort and security).
