try caffeine, it functions similarly to adderal as its a stimulant which increases dopamine in your brain. the reason why you cant focus is because your constantly trying to fill that dopamine void, caffeine fills it for you so you can focus, it worked for me but i need a high dose, like 300+ mg, 2 monsters / 3 redbulls, or preworkout works. it works well but it cant be sustained longterm, your better off getting meds
