ceremonial law is the law required to follow BEFORE the first arrival of christ in order to prepare for him, that arrival has passed so those laws are no longer mandatory.

Still, the old testament does NOT entirely consist of those laws + the fact those laws still existed implies the prohibited actions are still immoral (or are condemned elsewhere in non-ceremonial laws)
