Heya 'teens, how do you rearrange the servings of your Goy instant noodles? I usually go for this for a single serving:

Chop finely; 3 cloves of garlic, 2 chilli peppers or depending on your spiciness liking, and 2 shallots (you could replace this with one or two Onions doebeit you can't have the garlic and chilling peppers and you can replace the latter with other herbs like Oregano). put them all in a pot laid with a little bit of oil and stir fry until the aromas come out, usually 2-3 minutes on medium heat (if you go for the onions you want it until it had caramelized o algx)


After then, put water mixed with chicken stock to taste, alongside the seasoning packets and the noodles into the Pot to then simmer until you like the texture.

Crack an egg and seperate the Yolk from the Whites as we will use the Yolk for later. pour in only the whites while stirring the noodles to have a stringy add on to accompany the noodles.

On a bowl, pop the egg yolk BEFORE putting in the whole of the noodles and soup. This will give it a nice stream of complimentary feel in flavor

Garnish with chives, another egg, or chopped up green chillies that had been roasted and toasted beforehand.

Serve while Hot
