I had to take this stupid online nigger course at my last job and xhey were trying to say making (non sexual) derogotary jokes about foids or even calling a troon 'he' was "sexual harassment". Presumably xhey leak over these actions a lot so xhey decided to associate them with a term referring to universally reviled behavior to try and make the goyim leak over them as well.
