I became addicted to it since I feel like this is the only place where I truly belong and feel like a part of something bigger. I spend 10+ hours a day on /soy/ it is genuienly more addictive than any platform I've used before. I am going to fail my exams, not get into a uni, and probably end up jumping off a bridge. But I keep on coming back to here. Whenever I am here I feel separate from the rest of the world, transported into a 'parallel' universe where daily life is nothing to worry about. But the moment I stop scrolling profound dread sets in. I fear life, I fear ever being anywhere other than the sharty.
What should I do? Should I give up on life at 18 and accept my fate as a chud?
