He's possibly stronger than the guardian of earth, Kami, who he's the bodyguard of.
He trains goku alongside Kami to his full potential and his aura is actually crazy. In the anime filler, he pulls up this really sick teleportation machine, sends him to the past and created a doll in his liking, Goku's doll might be my favorite filler in the whole anime.
