I tend to like Keemun because I can just steep it longer and it won't go bitter, probably why it's my favorite blak tea by far

Havn't thought about it that much but I'd say two teaspoons should be enough for one cup. It's just a question of how long you leave it in really.

When they make chifir, they straight up boil it, and it becomes too strong. I just put in 4 to 5 teabags and let it steep. Still very strong, but not battery-acid levels of strong. I only use it once a week for an optimal experience
