Nah im serious. I've been doing research into this.
We have the Manual Extraction Techniques.
There is the grasp method where you use toilet paper to extract the shit from your anus. But when you do you get shit on your hands.
Then you have the cushion method, it does work but you get also shit on your hands and its bad news if its liquid. Lastly the wiping method which i hate because it chaffs your skin. What is there left for me then?
