It's not great by 4cuck standards, looking at 4stats it's roughly in the middle in terms of board activity.
Also from what I remember acording to 4stats it had ~1M total ppd when /qa/ got locked and now it's roughly half of that.

generally yes, albeit a lot of boards on 4cuck get <100PPD. it really depends on the board, for some, 120-125 PPH is horrendous performance, while for others it’s business as usual

no. most imageboards are DNBs with less posts per day than this site’s average PPH.

Also what the fuck happened to /vt/ I remember they were one of the most active 4cuck boards how did they lose ~2/3 of their daily posts after the hack geg.

4cuck has added measures that have made posting incredibly complicated, like post timers and captchas that you have to solve 3 times. and then on top of that the hack showed that the site is insecure and can easily be compromised at any moment, meaning user data is at risk.
on an anonymous imageboard site that thrives off of both posting convenience and anonymity, these two things are detrimental. the fact they still get even that many posts is surprising.
