2. Remove IRC entirely. Nobaldy actually uses it for its intended purpose of helping soyteens with site related issues. If you ever tried you'd know that getting any sort of help there is useless. They won't lift your bullshit autoflagged ban. Moreover it's used as a discord hub for offshitter F'PE and ML'P degens.
3. Make /soy/ rule against making yourself identifiable between threads global.
4. When it comes to wiki I'm not sure what's the best approach. You can technically remove it there too but it might be to the detriment of the site.

The real reason those wont get implemented is that with competent leadership 'teens wouldnt have anything to complain about so PPH would be back to 10 on /soy/
