I mean if you watch an action movie like Terminator or James Bond and they do the fight scenes with martial arts, guns or melee weapons. Or when playing an action video game like Dark Souls and fighting the enemies in an action scene. That's what gets me hard.
Also it's not the gore or the pain but the actual act of combat itself that gets me hard.
