I once got assigned a dynamic IP address that was banned from 4cuck for gooning to 'P in 2016 or something.
I wrote a ban appeal that whoever originally had the IP clearly doesn't use it anymore.
I don't know if the IP got unblocked because I imediately got a new one. or something
