I'd qualify bad bait as stuff trying to be shocking with no actual creativity behind it
Examples of bad bait: babyjak porn (seriously wtf), fpe fat fetsih shit, zellig porn
Examples of good bait: Leeposting when Lee was still alive, Pretending to be the target of a raid finding the Shartendamart, chudbait if not overdone,
Also if somebody has to samefag in order to keep their thread up it's probably shit bait
