i see this question a lot on here and the only answer that is universally true is to keep trying. You have to keep attempting to stop, even whenever you relapse and feel demotivated. Every time you relapse try and reflect on why or what exactly caused you to relapse and what you can do in the future to remedy or help that problem. Everyone has their own specific method that works for them that makes them quit for good and this will slowly but surely reveal that thing to you

It will take time, and there will be times when you fail and are extremely demoralized. But you will win if you keep trying and learning from mistakes
