It really depends, a similar thing happened to me but with my pee around a year or two ago, nothing ever came out of that though and I'm healthy and alright today. However this is a different situation and probably way more serious because the amount of blood is probably a lot,therefore you should talk to a doctor and begin investigating on what that occurrence was.
