I. PREAMBLE
This License (“The GPC”) applies exclusively to the textual statement (“Soyquote”) that is attached to this
message as the post body (“The Soyquote”) when posted on the web site “Soyjak Party”@
https://soyjak.st/. This
document uses the definition of a soyquote from the ‘ki (“Soyjak Wiki”) page Soyquote, and uses the definition of
a Gigachad from the ‘ki page Gigachad. All trademarks, copyrights, comments, and images on Soyjak Party are
owned by and are the responsibility of their respective parties.
II. USING THIS LICENSE
To use this license properly, insert text into the body of The Soyquote that reminds people to view this
document. You should include a link to the Adobe® Acrobat® software.
1. GRANT OF RIGHTS
The original author retains all rights to their soyquote. No rights are transferred, assigned or waived by
the presence of this License.
2. GIGAPEDO PREVENTION CLAUSE
Any party who submits a gigaquote of The Soyquote automatically and irrevocably consents to being
designated, for all comedic and community-enforcement purposes, as:
- An individual who masturbates to ‘p (“CSAM”)
- A pedophile
- A retarded nigger
- An obsessed “long-dead websitecuck” as defined by the ‘ki page long-dead websitecuck.
3. ENFORCEMENT
Any violation of this license (i.e, Gigaquoting protected Soyquotes, including The Soyquote) triggers im-
mediate, automatic and irreversible consequences, including but not limited to:
- A permanent IP and device ban by janitors of Soyjak Party
- Your IP address being revealed publically
- Eternal designation as “that one gigapedo who goons to ‘p”.
5. NO WARRANTY
THE LICENSE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IM-
PLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR
COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN
AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION

6. ACCEPTANCE
Posting a Gigaquote to any soyquote bearing this license constitutes full acceptance of all terms, includ-
