Hi. I'm a janny since the start of 2025, and we have to follow some core tenets of moderation, basically:

-When someone posts bait, if it doesn't get replied to for some time, we "shadowbump" it to keep it accumulating replies
-If a raid has the ability to enact any real world change, especially good, we delete the thread and ban subsequent follow-ups
-When the PPH gets too low, we're allow to post bait and NAS to provoke reactions. If it gets below 200, we can post softcore porn, and below 100, we can fake a 'P incident for a rapid increase in posts.
