Furthermore, users of the site have created and circulated racist edits depicting His Serene Highness as a black man in a derogatory and mocking manner, perpetuating harmful racial stereotypes. In addition, threads on the platform have openly discussed plans to “colonize” the Principality of Monaco, treating our sovereign nation as a target for online harassment and absurd fantasies of takeover.

>Such content stands in direct contradiction to the values of respect, dignity, inclusion and sovereignty that the Principality of Monaco has long defended, both within our borders and in our international commitments.

>After consultation with the Department of the Interior, the Directorate of Digital Affairs and the relevant judicial authorities, His Serene Highness has decided as follows:

>Effective immediately, access to the domains soyjak.party, soyjak.st, and all associated websites, mirrors and proxies whose principal purpose is to replicate or continue the dissemination of its content is officially blocke* throughout the territory of the Principality of Monaco.

>Internet service providers operating in Monaco are required to implement technical measures to prevent access to these addresses. Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions for the purpose of distributing prohibited hateful content may give rise to penal proceedings in accordance with Monegasque law.
