Destiny 2 is a beautifully visual game, but in Marathon it's like… you can literally step from the swamps of Dagobah where Yoda lived in Episode V into a pixellated blocky Minecraft hallway made of sharp edges and corners painted in bright neon orange. It's discordant and contrasts together to produce something very ugly in a holistic sense.
