I've used the site between 24 may and 25 june, so what I say is based on a very limited experience with the site as a whole
jakking and "sharty culture", as I have seen it (and as you have described it) was (because it is essentially gone) based on hating other things, on opposition to other sites or ideas. the sharty has been going for five years, and you can't maintain the same group of people without substance. jakking is dead, raids are dead, a collective "other" against which "we" defined ourselves (long-dead website or the cuck) currently does not exist, and wordfilters/events barely happen
