signal engineer here.
you need to do autocorrelation on the signal, 'g is just loud noise unlike anything meaningful and noise is uncorrelated with itself.

so do autocorrelation on a multiple windows, if the windows all match each other it means it's just the same audio over and over again which is the signature of 'g
