here's what i would do if i was owner:
1) actually coal police properly
2) BAN the cabal. yes, BAN them. start from scratch with an entirely new staff team

5) officially establish /qa/ as sfw /b/ or /nate/ and make /pol/ the sfw nas general discussion board
6) try to be as helpful and nice to soyteens as i can because the last thing you want to do as owner is have everybody hate your guts because you're a retarded nigger who does whatever xe wants
7) carefully pick my staff team to prevent people like limeAIDS from coming in and increasing corruption by a thrembillion percent
