I hate normies but not enough. I need hate. I only really hate myself for not hating but that feeling is numbed by endless distractions. I hate not hating. How do you hate stuff? I need help hating because if I hate myself and others I can improve.

Convince yourself it's unfair that their lives are better than yours, despite your best efforts to succeed. If you insist you are superior while continuing to fail, and you see their actions as personal insults, you'll feel more hate towards them. When you face problems you can't control, dwell on how they don't have them, and tell yourself your life is inherently worse. Make that anger into hate.
