Besides, they will most likely be killed or beaten brutally in prison. I think another option would be to re-open or bulid new mental asylums and lock these people inside them. I believe the shut-down of the mental asylums plays another large part in this issue. The asylums, are what i'd consider, the cure to this epidemic of pure evil.

We can get these people incarcerated. We just have to document EVERYTHING and contact our local law enforcement. After that, we can pressure reddit into giving the feds their locations and have them be punished. I believe it's possible as reddit will have their data.
