Likely he is an autist who wants to turn his brain off and chill out to a mindless show that he watched in part due to the internet phenomenon. I watched it once when I was younger and I will admit, at the time I was like five. I remember the episodes being about a bunch of snca but the world building interested me as a kid because of all the dragons and talking shit. Not anymore because I've grown up and I'm not a retard, I probably won't be rewatching MLP because I'm too busy watching real men's aryanime like dragon ball.
