I don't know about MY ip beig used, but basically it is a set of vpn configurations (V2Ray, VLESS, Shadowsocks or whatever else) in the form of TXT subscriptions that you import into GUI proxies like Throne or NekoRay, and they autoupdate every 9 minutes. Basically a number of ip adresses that I tunnel connect to that send my traffic through more shit. And I just haopened to see tuxler vpn in the logs (it constantly shows my every request in the logs, like connecting to a site)

Proxies from github will probably include tuxler since free proxies aren't plentiful at best, so they're scraping everything. They of course glow but they're not going to hack your friggen kernel
