I always found it really scary how, even if you dont bleed out from gunshot, you will eventually catch an infection and die if someone doesn't remove the bullet and dead tissue. So if you're doing something illegal and get shot you're fucked.

treating gunshot wound isnt really as hard as it is painful, so if you have someone else to help you or you just happen to have opioids in your pocket theres probably a whole 50% chance you wont die (but id prefer just bleeding out since its more aryan)
