One could argue that Ibero-America makes more sense as a label, but even then, Brazil feels a bit too different of a country compared to other Hispanic countries. As far as cultural affairs go, Hispanic America alone is the one that makes sense. As far as geopolitics go, Jamaica and Belize should also be included in one definition, but they are Germanic-speaking. though
