As shown in the second picrel, Nobaldi rewards Nophono for managing to successfully bait nobeıdore. What is the reward? A huge trophy made out of pure diamond of course! One could only imagine the monetary value of said trophy.

The fact that such a valuable trophy was made specifically as a reward for baiting nobeıdore further proves my point that baiting nobeıdore is no easy task, almost impossible even.

to bait nobeıdore, it requires years of mastery in fishing and government approved permits since nobeıdore is only located in a select few lakes and ponds
even then you would have to wait for the right time to bait nobeıdore as rarely come out during the spring and summer seasons
overall, its too time consuming and a hassle to get those permits to bait nobeıdore so thats why nobody catches nobeıdore
