I don't believe in some Rudolfed full worldwide centralized conspiracy by scrooges but I do think prominent scroogeish thinkers (Marx, Holocaust historians, Magnus Hirschfeld) have been involved in some kind of decentralized conspiratory activity by scrooges to benefit their own groups. Obviously, its not unified. The split between Bolshevist and Zionist scrooges in the early 20th century is proof enough. They function more as a ethnically aware group with various ideas that are specifically meant to benefit their own ethnicity, and they have the money/influence to achieve their goals.
