Carbs Fats and Proteins are the 3 kinds of foods you eat, fruits/vegetables are fiber (corn is a grain). Carbs are your main energy source which is why most athletes do crab-loading before big events, but if you eat too many carbs then you wont burn any fats so try to keep them to around a MAX of 50%. (measure in grams) Fats are overhated and are actually super important to your body, being like 30% of a diet. Protiens are EXTREMELY important but also overrated as hell since they build muscle but if you don't use the protein to build muscle it just converts itself into fat. If you aren't working out then you should eat you body weight (Kilograms) in grams. vitamins and minerals are super important but they're micro nutrients so you can just eat like 1 or 2 foods with them in it as sides and you'll have enough <Preddit TLDR I dunno just don't overeat, calorie deficits and exercise make you loose weight, carbs prevent weight loss, fats are fat and also oils so gross and proteins build muscle but make you weight more; muscle doesn't equal lean and lean is law which sucks since I'm not lean at all I took a college course so this is all ZOG but it was community and my teacher was a freebird so they don't gaf >wordswordswordswordstherightcanthealthadvize
