The website is fairly new and seems to be made from scratch, which should make it vulnerable to some basic attacks.
You can use it and make new accounts on Tor and you don't have to verify your email. Just remember your password as you're not logged in after creating an account.
WHOIS shows that the registrar is OVH in France. The owner is most likely French too based on the WPD profile. It's not connected to (((Cloudflare))) btw
The website doesn't specify it's 18+ apart from one line written in the announcement and there's no reporting option either.
