probably one of those 'p spammers advertising their services. they attempted to spam 'p yesterday and earlier today but instead ban messages flooded the ban list.

these 'p spamming niggers are attentionwhores, since i was on irc earlier today and mustard was like "i don't give a fuck" or "nobody gives a fuck" [about the 'p spammer]

any IRL CSAM that is posted to the site is an immediate rule 1 ban: "You will not post, link to, or request illegal content."

Rule 2 is for pedophilic posts that wouldn't neccesarily deem "illegal content" in other sites (i.e. ED), but it is highly dangerous behavior. e.g. rule 2 ban if you post Shitlita. Usually rule 2 bans are permanent.
