If a male somehow got a female brain, not only would it be INCREDIBLY rare, as rare as a true hermaphrodite, you'd also expect to see other equally pronounced female characteristics in the rest of the body as well - so essentially, a true hermaphrodite. The body and brain aren't separate, the brain is a part of the body. If there's going to be that huge of a difference in sex chromosome formation, it wouldn't just be localized to the brain.
