Depends on your goals. I was a depressed NEET like you once but my parents told me to either go to work or to move out and I was forced to stop being a NEET. Now I work at my father's friend's workshop 5-6 times a week and I have some time / energy and motivation to learn new skills / slowly build a buisness after work.
Tldr if you want to become a powerful man just become a wagie for a year or two and this will give you motivation to better yourself to get a better job, build a buisness, etc.
