I decided to compile a list of every single theological heresy in Hazbin Hotel:

Contra Hazbines:

1. There is no mention of God whatsoever. The origins of Heaven and the angels are left unspecified.
2. Lucifer was kicked out of Heaven for being a too-cool-for-school kind of rebel, not the let's-usurp-God kind of rebel.
3. Angels created earth and gave birth to humanity, rather than God creating Earth and forming man out of dust.
4. Lilith's general existence. She is a figure from medieval Jewish mysticism, and long postdates Christian tradition.
5. Adam being a misogynistic asshole.
6. Lucifer tempting Eve out of a desire to empower her and give her free will.
7. Hell coming into existence after the creation of the Earth.
8. The existence of the exorcists/exterminators, and the implication that immortal souls may be destroyed.
9. The idea that a human somehow becomes an angel upon entering Heaven.
10. The claim that no human has ever successfully entered Heaven except Adam. (and maybe St. Peter?)
11. The souls of the damned being able to enter Heaven.
12. The only types of angels being normal angels and Seraphim.
13. Seraphim having four wings instead of six, and having a bunch of eyes (a trait of the Ophanim, not Seraphim).
14. The apparent mortality of angels.

Not to mention the general moral message of "Objective morality is a sham, everyone's an asshole, you should do whatever makes you happy"
