In all seriousness, though, my counsellor said I exhibit bizarre behavior, which is a symptom associated with schizophrenia. I did a mental checkup, and I still know what's real and what's not, so that's good I guess.

knew a guy irl who had it, he often described it as seeing symbols appearing on the walls and his dead (unborn) sister materializing in his room to talk to him when he wasn't on antipsychotics, but otherwise was a completely normal and stable individual. I'd imagine this shit gets worse with age
