The thing with tomboys is that I can actually see a girl acting more masculine than usual without grooming being involved, girls that play football for example tend to be a little more masculine than regular girls, I guess it depends on how "masculine" the girl is, if she's still immediately identifiable as a girl (and she doesn't go out of her way to act masculine, instead it being natural to her) then it's not pedophilic.
