My name is Silver Harpoon, also known as Silhar. I kept getting closer, until I finally got close enough I could interact with its door, but when I was close to opening it the bus began shaking violently and horrifying brap sound blasted through the window violently

Took the Bible out of context again award. First off, this is a translation error, the word that is translated as "rape" actually means "seize" or "to take hold of" (the word being "Taphas"). Second, you clearly didn't look at the verses literally right before this verse, you know, the verses that condemn the rapist to death?

This time, the word that is translated as "rape" in this passage is "hazaq" which means "to use one's strength" or to "force" her. The original hebrew text in that passage would be more accurately translated as "the man forces her and lies with her". Even if you were to bring up the argument that the verse that talks about rape is referring to an already married woman instead of the other passage which talks about an unmarried woman, it still wouldn't make a difference. This is because the verse that talks about rape makes it clear that it is rape because the passage mentions the woman crying out, yet nobody saved her, but in the passage that you are showing does NOT make that distinction.
