Just for context and motivation….I tried quitting being an ABDL for different reasons, and for two years, I struggled. HARD. Yes, I took on two jobs, and was working 7 days straight right after I decided to stop. This led to heavy drinking and poor nutrition choices for a long time. Mind you, I love lifting weights and running, but the alcohol was still taking its toll. I spiraled into a depression and attempted to take my life. Now, my wife was the main reason I stopped doing the ABDL thing because it was one thing we never could really see eye to eye on. It never crossed my mind after I stopped that I would turn to other things to get my mind off of it. However, through my depression and anger, she must have sensed something I didn't: I needed a fix. One night, I had still been drinking a bit, and was in a bad mood. I literally had one diaper left in a drawer that I just never threw away. After my shower, she threw me on the bed and forced me into the one diaper i had left. I truly didn't want her to do it, but I gave in. She told me she wanted me to start back with it, in hopes it would calm me down and make me stop drinking. Drinking was the one thing that got my mind off diapers and being a baby. I have finally stopped drinking for the most part, with the only side-effect being that I am CONSTANTLY thinking about ABDL stuff and cant wait until I get to indulge again.
