Mac is the OS most people in the business use I have been in the business for decades and I have never been in a studio or post facility here in Los Angeles that used anything but a Mac. They're sure not perfect, but are the most reliable.

Think about it - if you were running a software company, why would you devote money to making a version of your app for the least used OS out there? It's not good business sense. Music is hard enough, why make it harder???
