The entire modus operandi of porn is that as you get bored of whatever is "normal" to you, you're drawn more towards whatever is the next taboo thing, which will slowly become normal to you and then you'll have to find something else. Even "regular" porn is a symptom of this, most people do not inherently find the sight of two strangers having sex arousing, that usually only comes after you've already consumed solo stuff.

If you want to stop using porn then you just have to internalize that you both get nothing out of it on any level, and are actively hurt by it. Even if you saw a really "tasty" looking glass of bleach, you'd never drink it because on a fundamental level your brain knows that it'll hurt you and that you can't possibly get anything out of it. I don't want to write a lot of wordswordswords but the gist is that porn is *not* about sexual pleasure, using porn after the 'addiction' is formed just floods your brain with dopamine (the chemical responsible for pleasure seeking, not pleasure itself). If you just wanted to jerk it (actual sexual pleasure), you would just jerk it, porn wouldn't be needed to begin with. Read the ezpz method if you haven't already btw, it's repetitive but thas the point.

im not looking up who dross is. i used to be porn addicted too, but i didn't watch gay shit doe so take my advice with a grant of salt. that being said, i told my therapist and we set up a blocker on my laptop and my iphone that i couldn't bypass (shes not very teach savvy, i was the one who set up the blocker and she just locked it with a password)i still had a collection of pics of very soft core porn featuring solo women THOUGH, and i recommend everyone with a porn addiction to do the same. you cant go from 100% to 0% o algo por estilo. gradually, even the urge to goon to soft porn subsides, to the point where you end up like me only wanking once a week without porn. or however the ESL babble goes.
