I want to add to that last part. You can't 'oon if you are busy. Maximise time outdoors, getting sunlight and exercise is good for you, and for your mental health too. When you are indoors, don't let yourself be idle, you can repress feelings of lust a lot more easily if you are doing something else. This can be literally anything. Read a book, listen to music, go on the fuggen' sherdee, play vidya, anything other than 'ooning.

I forget that people are actually down bad enough to have folders and shit. If you have to do it, keep it in the incognito browser, that adds 2 more clicks to opening a website, and it isn't staring you in the face all day. How did you even get EPId at 9. My parents thankfully kept me off the internet for a long enough time that I got EPId partway into puberty at 12 instead, but how did it happen. Don't kill yourself. You might be short but you can definitely lose weight, and 90kg isn't so insanely obese that you are fucked. Limit your calorie intake and do exercise to replace some of it with muscle. It doesn't have to be the gym, I understand the pain of having too much homework, just go on a run or a walk or do some push ups. If you live by the coast, go swimming.
