Most of us will waste away, but that doesn't mean you have to stay at the mental level of a 13 year old who considers hygiene optional. Clean your home, keep yourself clean, go outside, and you won't get lost in delusions. Asmongold sees the outside world through a twitch chat, so its no wonder that he acts so subhuman.
If you work, keep your hygiene up, go to the gym, etc, you will not devolve to this level. Tvrk saying: the tool that is used does not rust. Keep yourself to a standard, and you will not end up like him.
