My mother taught me all of primary level maths early which was good and didn't take much time, but I wish I wasn't pushed to study for a grammar school at secondary level. The teaching isn't anything special, and because its a boys school I am now stunted in talking to girls in comparison to others my age, I have 2 years worth of experience compared to everybody else with at least 7. I don't consider primary school because boys and girls barely interacted then.
Doebeit some things were for the better, like not getting me a smartphone until I was in secondary school. I avoided the group chat drama that happened in primary and the first year of secondary, and it protected me from getting an extreme case of EPI (unfortunately still got EPI'd at like 13 doe).
If I hadn't been pushed to get good grades in earlier years I might have been more social. Nobody likes a nerd. After like 13/14 it starts to matter for exams but before that nobaldi cares
