i think you are experiencing a standard "down" period. i remember a while ago i was really down because i fucked my life over something in school and i spent an entire autumn waking up, going to school and trying to not sleep, returning home and falling asleep while watching youtube slop, waking up and spending the rest of the day playing on the same tf2 community server. the only way to escape is to force yourself to do something, and only after you spend some time in depression . i would recommend forcing yourself to go to the gym again, but you need to learn about progression. you will really quickly experience progress, and that will make you feel like you are doing something.
